This is a strange hotel which appears very grand but is faded and has chipped paint and wall paper. Having said that is was clean and the room was big. Good for the O2

Continental breakfast very poor. Good access via DLR or Jubilee tube.

Plenty of bars & restaurants around the docks within easy walking distance.

This was a beautiful Hotel and an excellent location if you are going to a concert at the o2 arena but it is costly if you plan to go into the city centre at night as the tubes stop at 12:30 and a taxi costs roughly about £27

Very convenient for the O2 and generally impressed with accommodation would stay there again

Excellent venue if you are planning on going to the O2 (you can see it from the hotel) although if not it is quite far away from the centre of the city.

Car park charged at £21 not the £15 advertised on the web site. Spacious room. Small bar.

terrible condition throughout wouldn't no where to begin. everything shoddy.the carpet on stairway extremely dangerous as carpet threadbare.. the base of our beds threadbare ...... the fitness area jacuzzi dug up and ropped off like something out of csi crimescene.... service rubbish...etc. been london 5 times in last 2 years .... worst ever hotel..... i really am not a moaner normally but this really was an awful hotel ....location brilliant for o2 arena
