Window did not shut in first room. They changed our room the next day with no issue. Reading lights did not work in 2nd room. Bin liners not replaced after room service. Keycards stopped working on 3rd day and had to be reset. Few small improvements could be made to make it much better. Wi-fi with o2's iPhone worked well and was free. Not free if not on The Cloud. 15 min walk from o2. Very convenient. There are few restaurants near the hotel and plenty at the o2. And a cinema is near the hotel, as well as at o2.

Please repair the coffee machine in the bar. Excellent hotel for O2 and exploring London.

Bit of a pain having to carry bags from ground floor to reception as the lift requires a key card.Suggest you disable the key card swipe between ground and 1st floor.

Excellent location for the O2 arena, just a few minutes walk away. Spacious room, good shower pressure and comfy beds. Parking is £5 additional.

Hotel is the closest to the O2 arena about a 10 min walk.

Top Tip
The Chinese which is located in the same building, but not part of the hotel was great value and very good.
