Traveller from Bangor stayed in November,2009

When we arrived tired cold and wet we were told we were not booked in and we would have to go elsewhere.We were told Kuoni Travel had not confirmed our booking. We were told we had to contact our travel agent ourselves to find out what had happened.I asked could I use their phone and I was handed the phone. I couldnt get through on any of the numbers. Then another member of staff said they would fax the confirmation over to you. We were told to wait. After about 15 minutes we were told we were booked in and given our room key. We were never given any explanation or apology for this distressing treatment.We were leaving next morning and filled in a form for breakfast expecting it would brought to the room as the form was to be left on the door handle. Next morning no breakfast. we left for the long journey home with nothing whatsoever to eat. On a brighter note the restaurant meal the previous evening was lovely and very good value and restaurant staff were very good.
